Change of Records

Please report your new address or changes of personal particulars to us as soon as possible. Your records can be brought up to date on the final registers for the current year if you report the changes by 29 August (for DC Election year) or 29 June (for non DC Election year).

Report online via the GovHK website, www.gov.hk, if you are holding a valid personal digital certificate
