Hearing Arrangements under Typhoon and Rainstorm Warning
When Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, an "Extreme Condition" announcement or a black rainstorm warning signal is issued or in force on the hearing date, the Registry for Appeals will arrange adjournment and resumption of hearings with reference to the typhoon and rainstorm warning arrangements applicable to judicial proceedings as announced by the Judiciary.
